Director of Coaching Barry Clarke had a few words on the newly appointed Junior Lesdership Team.

“These 12 BLTC members are a fantastic bunch of young people and tennis enthusiasts.

The team are from all areas of the junior club, including both the social and performance strand.

This will help ensure that all areas of the junior club are catered for.

They also represent the wide catchment of post primary schools which we have within the club. This years committee have juniors from -

- Ballymena Academy
- St Louis Grammar
- Cambridge House Grammar
- Slemish College

We will be meeting over the next few weeks to set out our core junior programme for the year ahead.

Already we have been hearing ideas, which include fundraising opportunities and brand new social events (such as a BBQ and Disco)

It is sure to be a fantastic year ahead!”
